Milky way over Sustenpass
As the glaciers were vaporing in the hot weather, there were clouds during golden hour and blue hour at only one place: where the galaxy core was expected.
The foreground with Sustenhorn and Steinsee were captured around 10 PM when still enough light was available for a 2 minutes exposure on low ISO.
Later the clouds started to fade away and finally disappeared around 23:45. The galaxy core ascended over the horizon with 14.4 degrees at 0:30 AM.
The prints are available in three sizes which have been chosen to fit with commonly available frame sizes. The images are printed on Hahnemühle Photo Rag®, a beautiful museum quality fine art paper from 100% cotton to keep the brilliant rich color tones, deep blacks and striking contrast for decades.
Each print is a limited edition and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
