My name is Tamas Csizmadia, professional photographer from Hungary. Although I have no certification of media or photography faculties, I'm taking "quality over quantity" very seriously, and I'm determined to master all skills necessary to my fields of work. I've studied computer engineering (including image processing and Photoshop), then photography became my passion in 2013. I bought my first DSLR camera half a year later in 2014, since then I'm learning by reading books, by my mistakes and from professional experts - and of course a lot of practice.
My greatest passion is outdoor photography, chasing the mountain lights. Despite that I'm also very interested in portrait and event photography, where I'm still on the learning curve, I'm pushing my creativity and focusing on satisfying quality. As I enjoy photogprahing the loving moments of a wedding day, I'm passionate about capturing faces in extreme sports, like skateboarding, climbing, bouldering, via ferrata or glacier walking - therefore I have learned the basic mountaneering skills in 2022 Grindelwald, Switzerland, then joined the SAC Säntis alpine club.
In 2023 I've earned the FIAP Gold Medal in Open Color category of the 5th Sopianae International Photo Salon, the title of the photo is "The Guardian of the Stars" - A Milky-way photo panorama made in the Swiss Alps at 2800 m high by Steingletscher glacier field. Also in this year I had the chance to visit the Himalayas first time in my life, and climb my first mountain peak in the Alps, the Piz Kesch.
I'm currently using professional level Fujifilm camera setup (X-T family flagship models), which has highly advanced APS-C sensor system, I can guarantee the gear is capable to fulfill all requirements at each fields where I'm using for.
Currently I live in Trossingen, Germany, while my second home is the Swiss Alps, where I can enjoy the colors of nature.
